Defender452: Product has a lot of static even at 1 foot. Very inexpensive, but has it's problems. Have you had any others like this? How can we fix this problem?

ebuy1998: dear friend, sorry for delay, i see what wrong about your headset. the supreme range of headset is 30 feet, but it just under the perfect the condition, there's not any roadblock between mobile and headset, many ingredient would affect
the range of the headset, like the signal,low power, roadblock and so on. thanks for your understand.

Second Attempt
Defender452 :It has moderate to severe static when my phone is in my shirt pocket, if i am more than 5 feet from it, it is even worse than that.

Defender452: It is not properly usable, I do not need a manual, I have others that have no problem, it has static, the problem is with the headset not me, the charger is also dead, I have others of those as well, no prob there.
